Stay Osaka was absolutely mind-blowing! The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, making our check-in a breeze. The rooms and shared facilities were jaw-droppingly clean, and the showers even had hair dryers and straighteners for free! The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and a short walk to the bustling nightlife. The staff spoke English and were always ready to assist. Plus, they provided luggage storage and a shared dining area with a fridge and complimentary hot drinks. The comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep. It was an overall excellent experience!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Osaka and I must say that the location was exceptional. It was conveniently close to shopping zones, markets, and public transport. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, providing helpful information about local food places. The rooms were tidy and clean, with brand new facilities and comfortable beds. I also appreciated the option to have traditional Japanese style rooms. it was a great experience.
The pillows didn't bounce back and made an indent when you slept on them.
